Capital Pride 2011 - Washington DC

2011 marked our very first Pride event! We decided to take to the streets and head down to Washington DC, the nation's capital! It was a lot of fun. We met our listeners, gave away ElectricFM t-shirts, cups, pens, stickers, and more. What a great way to spend a weekend in June!

We even had dance music artist Sophia May on location with us. She signed autographs, interacted with the crowd, and had fun! We were also live-to-air, and did candid interviews with the people who were at Capital Pride.

We have to give credit for the photos below to Keith F. Sadly, he has passed away, and without him these photos wouldn't have been possible. It meant a lot to view these photos many years after the event. Thank you, Keith!
