Launched on February 4, 2008, ElectricFM is a 24-hour commercial-free dance-formatted radio station operated by Creations Interactive, LLC. The ElectricFM studios broadcast ElectricFM worldwide via the Internet from the New York City metropolitan area.
ElectricFM's format genre is dance. ElectricFM plays today's dance hits that are hot on the charts throughout the world. We also play the hottest dance tracks from the last decade.
One of our main goals is to create a radio station experience unlike that of terrestrial radio. We are listener-oriented and offer our listeners to directly interact with our station via E-Mail, social networking, text messaging, and many other ways.
With the advancement of mobile communications taking place in North America, now is the time to embark on the future. With advancement in mobile devices such as the iPhone, Internet Radio is no longer limited to computer listening.
