Ok, I promise I won't vent.. but I have to vent about this on today's blog.

My passion is DJ'ing. I have been doing it for over 12 years.  Over those 12 years I have noticed dance music change, big time. 

The thing that annoys me is when people come into the club and want to hear nothing but songs they know or are on the radio.  I understand people wanting to dance to songs they know, but then again, you might as well just stay home and dance in your living room with your ipod. lol 

Going to the club used to all about hearing stuff you weren't familiar with and getting lost in the music (and the booze?!).

I really hope a surge of dance music comes back into the mainstream like it was back in the early 90's.  Because if I have one more person request "The Cupid Shuffle" one more time.. I'm gonna go crazy.  :)

I haven't seen Borat but I really wanna see the new movie called BRUNO!
